Credit Analyst Assistant

This full-time role is to assist the liaison between clients and lenders. It involves achieving an agreed objective in a team environment and to convert business opportunities from internal and external sources of the company.

You will have exceptional communication skill as well as high attention to details. Any of your previous experience and exposure into mortgage finance, banking, real estate or conveyancing business will be valued but not essential.


Key duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Collect information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
  • Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants’ personal and financial documents
  • Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit worthiness to determine feasibility of granting loans.
  • Review and update credit and loan files.
  • Process and finalize loan applications through to settlement

Senior/intermediate financial reporting accountant

Financial Reporting and Payroll Team  

    Responsibilities will include:

  • Working in our Financial Reporting and Payroll Team to handle financial reporting matters for our clients
  • Preparation of periodic management accounts for our clients including companies, partnerships and trusts
  • Preparation of special purpose and general purpose financial reports for different types of our clients
  • Assistance of external auditors for the audits
  • Working closely with our taxation and business services team for our mutual clients
  • Coaching junior accountants

Selection criteria:

  • Experience of at least two years in Public Accounting firms, and work experience in the ‘Big 4’ is preferred
  • Able to handle client queries promptly displaying knowledge and in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Auditor experience will be highly regarded
  • Able to use accounting softwares, e.g. Caseware, APS-XPA, Xero, MYOB
  • Experience in consolidation reporting and foreign exchange calculation will be highly regarded
  • Overseas work experience in China alone can be considered
  • Advanced English and Mandarin Chinese communication skills
  • CPA/CA(Australia) qualified or partly qualified
  • Positive attitude i.e. can work well with other team members of the firm
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload
  • Self-motivated quick learner with a can-do attitude
  • Professional and capable of working independently
  • Immediate start


Work experience interns

Taxation and Business Services Team / Financial Reporting and Payroll Team / Audit and Assurance Team Experience working in our Taxation and Business Services team or our Financial Reporting and Payroll team, and supporting
accountants in dealing with tax compliance matters or financial reporting matters. Selection criteria:

  • Undertaking current accounting or law degree studies
  • Advanced English and Mandarin Chinese communication skills
  • Positive attitude i.e. can work well with other team members of the firm
  • Immediate start
